How a build runs.
Five stages and one person to call. You always know who is on site and what happens next.
- Stage 1
Site walk
Lagan comes to the space, measures up and talks through your menu, seat count, budget and opening date.
- Stage 2
Estimate & concept
A written estimate and a layout: seating plan, bar, kitchen flow and the look of the room.
- Stage 3
Drawings & permits
Drawings for the city and the trades, with permit applications lined up before work starts.
- Stage 4
Build
Demolition, framing, electrical, millwork and finishes, with every trade scheduled through one contractor.
- Stage 5
Lights on
Signage, final inspections, clean-up and handover. Then you open the doors.
