This website is run by Bijliwala Ltd., operating as Bijliwala Contracting, in Ontario, Canada. It describes our restaurant and commercial design-build work and lets you ask us for an estimate. By using it you agree to these terms.

Estimate requests

Sending an estimate request asks us to get in touch. It does not create a contract, reserve a date or fix a price. A written estimate and a signed agreement do that.

Please give accurate details. We may decline a request, and we may contact you by the method you chose to talk it through.

Information on this site

Project descriptions, photographs and drawings show the kind of work we do. Dates, places and details can change, and nothing on this site is a quote or an offer.

Photographs, drawings and names

The photographs, drawings and written descriptions on this site, and the names and marks of the restaurants and brands shown, belong to their respective owners. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking.

Links to other sites

We link to our Instagram account and to build reels posted there. We do not control other sites and are not responsible for what they show or how they handle your information.

Using the site properly

Do not send automated, misleading or abusive requests through the estimate form, and do not try to disrupt the site. We may block traffic that does.

Limits

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on the site or from it being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
