Founder
Lagan Batra moved to Canada from Delhi in 2010 and studied electrical engineering. In 2017 he started his own business, doing electrical work for homes and commercial spaces.
By 2020 he had grown it into a general contracting company. Since then he has designed and built more than 100 commercial spaces, most of them restaurants.
From international student to business owner, he still runs every job hands-on.

Every week a restaurant stays shut costs money. The schedule is planned back from the day you want to open.
Lagan is your contact from the site walk to the handover. You are never passed between trades for an answer.
Booths, bar and counters are laid out for a busy Saturday night: how staff move, where the line forms and what guests see from the door.
