Bijliwala is run by Lagan Batra, a hands-on contractor who builds restaurants, cafés and lounges in the GTA.
He’s hands-on: on the job site, and posting the builds as they go up, from demolition day to opening. More than 3,000 people follow along on Instagram (as of October 2026).
Most of our clients are restaurant owners in Brampton, Mississauga and Toronto. Some are opening their first room. Others are growing brands adding a second or third location, or owners giving a tired space a full rebuild.
Bring your own designer if you have one. Mithaas Cake & Café was designed by its owner and built by our crew, start to finish. Or design the room with us, and we will take it from layout to keys.
